So does OGP does anything for hacked people?
'Cuz like I got hacked today so I'm just wondering, and sent in help desk. So I typed this up while waiting for response. If they don't I guess I'll quit. >_> |

people have gotten their items back, depending on the circumstance. . but don't get any hopes up.
be patient and wait for a help desk reply. . but from what i hear, they are 2 weeks + behind schedule in answering tickets. i'm in the same boat, i'm just waiting it out and having fun with the update until they answer! |

2 weeks behind? That would explain how come its taking them a bit longer to deal with the case i had submitted. I wish i could have known this like before i posted on the forums about it. -_- Bleh i hate being illinformed. lol

from now on should set up a subpasswd that was implemented to help protect against hacked acct.

well technically it was my boyfriends account. we live together. we both went to log onto cabal one night, and he's like 'uhh i think i'm hacked' lol. what else can u do but laugh? we're waiting on help desk reply at the moment....i know they are behind so i've been trying to regear the hacked acct just incase bad news arrives. hope for the best; expect the worst  |
